Our business began as a solo-cleaner in Jerseyville, IL, where Olivia–an owner of the business–cleaned just a few houses in the area under the name “The Clean B” (inspired by the cuteness of bees & her maiden name, “Brannan”–clever, right?). When she and her husband Cole married in January of 2025, they endeavored as a new family to create something far greater than what she originally planned–something beautiful, to the glory of God.

One of the first steps forward was the name change to “Logos Cleaning Service.” Being a family of Christians devoted to and eager for the Kingdom of God spread abroad on the earth, Cole and Olivia decided to name their business after the One by Whom and for Whom all things have been created (Colossians 1:13-20; John 1:1-5). Jesus Christ, indeed, is the eternal Word–or “Logos”–of God, Who took on flesh, was crucified and died; and was raised victorious over sin and death, to then ascend and be enthroned at the right hand of God the Father. He is “making all things new” (Revelation 21) and promises to come again. Having been transformed by this Good News, the Carpenter family seeks to “do everything to the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:13)–including their cleaning business–with godly excellence, integrity, and diligence. The logo also followed suit, marked by one of the earliest Christian symbols called the “Chi-Rho,” along with the other Greek letters “Alpha” & “Omega” on either side; this symbol communicates that Jesus Christ is God–the Beginning & the End (Isaiah 44:6, Rev. 1:8 & 22:13).

What began as a few houses of family & friends, has expanded into many contracts with medical facilities, rental properties; deep cleans for places like 5-star restaurants, and so-on! The Logos Cleaning Service takes great pride in their services and is always looking to improve, with a focus on high-detail deep cleans of commercial, residential, and rental properties; and recurring commercial maintenance cleaning. We are excited to continue growing and serving in the Madison County & Jersey County areas, and connecting with more wonderful businesses and home owners!
